What will happen during a class?
Each class is 1 or 1.5 hours and a range of different poses are practised – both standing and sitting. The class ends with a relaxation and gentle breathing. You work at your own pace and individual advice and correction is given.
Leave a 2-hour gap between eating and yoga and avoid drinking during the session as this can affect your digestion. Drink before and after.
What do I bring and wear?
Ideally, you need to bring a yoga mat and a blanket. You can borrow a mat on your first session. Wear a T-shirt, leggings/jogging pants and bring a jumper for warmth during relaxation.
